Members can be re-labelled pressing \u201cOK\u201d button after selecting one or more member groups.

Using the dropdown lists in this section, you may re-label only the members in the range defined by \u201cFirst Storey\u201d and \u201cLast Storey\u201d. For re-labelling the members in a single storey, you can select the same storey in both lists.

These lists are disabled when \u201cAll Storeys\u201d box is checked.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Member labels can be sorted based on the available references provided in this section.

    \u201cLeft-Top –> Right-Bot\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/span>

      The member numbers will start from the upper left corner of the plan and increase from left to right and top to bottom.
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Only applicable to beams and wall members. When this option is checked, horizontal beams will be labelled first.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              2. \u201cReference Angle\u201d <\/span><\/b><\/span>
                <\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

                  To identify the direction of the horizontal beams. When Reference Angle is zero, then horizontal beams are along global X-axis.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n
                  Group Cantilever Slabs Separately<\/b><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

                  Occasionally you may want to label the cantilever slabs after finishing labelling the standard panels. In this case, \u201cGroup Cantilever Slabs Separately\u201d option must be checked.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                  <\/div>\n
                  Labelling Options<\/b><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/b><\/div>\n

                  <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                  Several options in this section are provided to increase the flexibility of the re-labelling operation.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                  <\/div>\n
                  Retain Compatible Labels Between Storeys<\/b><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/b><\/div>\n

                  <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                  If this option is checked, members that are at the same insertion in different storeys are labelled using the same member number.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                  <\/p>\n
                  For example, all columns in axis intersection B and 12 are numbered using the same number, say 25. In this case, the labels of this column will be 1C25, 2C25, 3C25 etc.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

                  <\/span><\/div>\n

                  The bottom-most storey members used in \u201cStorey\u201d section are used as reference members in this option. In this case, the members which does not exist in the bottom-most storey will be labelled after finishing all members in that storey.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                  <\/p>\n
                  This option is only valid if more than one storey at a time is selected for re-labelling.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

                  Member Number Start Value<\/span><\/b><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

                  <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                  Labels of members will be started using the value specified in this field. This is useful when the project consists of more than one block and unique member numbers are used.<\/span>

                  Modify Prefix Character<\/span><\/b><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

                  <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                  A prefix character can be added in front of the member label. For example, Prefix "H" and beam label "1B2", results shall be "H1B2".<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

                    Define Direction-Dependent Prefix<\/span><\/span><\/i> allows horizontal member and vertical member to have different prefix.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Modify the Postfix<\/span><\/b><\/span>
                    <\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

                    <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
                    A postfix character can be added in behind of the member label. For example, Prefix "C" and beam label "1B2", results shall be "1B2C".<\/span>
