The slab\/foundation will be meshed to the perimeter of the column rather than the centreline<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: decimal\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 16px\" class=\"size\"><span class=\"colour\">Ignore Soil Bearing Capacity<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 16px\" class=\"size\"><span class=\"colour\">:&nbsp;Where piles are introduced to carry the load, the soil bearing capacity can be totally excluded either by setting the coefficient of subgrade reaction to zero, or more conveniently by checking the option <\/span><\/span><i><span style=\"font-size: 16px\" class=\"size\"><span class=\"colour\">\u201cIgnore the Bearing capacity of the soil\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size: 16px\" class=\"size\"><span class=\"colour\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\" class=\"size\"><span class=\"colour\">If this option is unchecked, then raft will also sit on the soil.
