The \u201c<\/span><\/span>Slab Additional Loads Library<\/span><\/span><\/i>\u201d is used to create\/edit the additional dead loads selectable from the drop down menu on the \u201c<\/span><\/span>Slab Properties<\/span><\/span><\/i>\u201d dialog.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

"<\/span><\/span>Slab Additional Loads Library<\/span><\/span><\/i>" will be loaded when this option in the "<\/span><\/span>Building Setout<\/span><\/span><\/i>" pulldown is selected.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The library consists of 3 tables:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \u201c<\/span><\/b><\/span>Material Library<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/i>\u201d<\/span><\/b> \u2013 this is a list of various slab materials and unit weights. It can be modified in \u201cEdit Materials\u2026\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. \u201c<\/span><\/b><\/span>Load Groups<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/i>\u201d<\/span><\/b> \u2013 this table contains the \u201cLoad Name\u201d and \u201cColor\u201d of the additional dead loads that can be edited.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
        \n
      1. \u201c<\/span><\/b>Load Layers<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/i>\u201d<\/span><\/b> \u2013 this table displays the content of the highlighted \u201cLoad Group\u201d, consisting of one or more layers of material of a specified thickness.<\/span><\/span> The total load is calculated based on the specified unit weight of material in the \u201c<\/span>Material Library<\/span><\/b>\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

        1. \u201cEdit Load References\u201d<\/span><\/b> \u2013 this can be loaded by clicking the \u201cEdit References\u2026\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> It can be used to edit the load references of the slab additional dead load of the selected storey(s).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>The slab additional dead load with the same group as the selected \u201cSource Load\u201d group can be replaced by the dead load as specified in the \u201cTarget Load\u201d group. If \u201cApply selected load to all slabs\u201d is checked, the \u201cTarget Load\u201d will be applied to all slabs in the selected storey(s).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          To create a Load Group:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
            \n
          1. Click on the<\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>button underneath the Load Groups table.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Enter a load description in the space provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. Ensure this new load group is highlighted, then drag the required material from the Load Library to the Load Layers table.<\/span><\/li>\n
          4. Enter the required thickness of the material in the Load Layer table.<\/span><\/li>\n
          5. \u200b<\/span>Click \u201cOK\u201d will save the modification. If \u201ccancel\u201d is clicked, all modification will be discarded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
