As I was leaving work I spotted the Bay Lights on display. I went down to the water front with a beer and a cup of chili and watched for a while. Some other photographers were there and Phil McGrew explained that they were doing a test but it wasn't permanently on display yet.
I put some video of the Bay Lights on Youtube.
