Tien's good friend and college classmate Vincent arrived in America yesterday and the head of a two year student visa and Fulbright Scholarship studying in West Virginia. He and the other Fulbright students are taking a month to study at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Pacific Grove before heading on to their collegiate destinations. Tien and I took our third anniversary trip down to Monterey to coincide with his arrival, welcome him and see some sights together. Here they are at the Bixby Bridge.
