I picked up this Nikkor 28mm ƒ/2.8D lens off Craigslist today for $150 and went straight out to take pleasing photos with it. I was really happy to find an AF wide prime for a decent price. I'm a little bummed that Nikon hasn't made any cheap AF-S wide primes, their only offerings cost many hundreds of dollars and are large, heavy things. That's one reason I've been shooting the 35mm DX on my D800 so often, but now I have this even wider FX so that's rad.
